Refund Policy

By engaging Resume Bridge Staffing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for resume services or staffing solutions, you (“Client”) agree to the following Refund Policy and Legal Disclaimer. All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Resume Bridge Staffing makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding job placement, candidate performance, or resume outcomes.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its offerings, pricing, or service tiers at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of any changes to this policy.
Resume Services (Individual Clients)
All resume services are delivered digitally via email.
Due to the nature of custom resume creation, all sales are final once the resume draft has been delivered.
The Company may, at its sole discretion, offer one round of complimentary revisions in lieu of a refund if the client is dissatisfied with the initial draft.
Revision requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after purchase
Failure to provide requested information
Missed deadlines due to incomplete intake forms or delayed responses
Staffing Services (Employer Clients)
Upon signing a staffing agreement or retainer contract, all fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Placement fees
Retainer payments
Credentialing and onboarding service charges
The Company does not guarantee candidate performance, retention, or fit.
Errors or dissatisfaction with placements do not constitute grounds for refund.
Replacement candidates may be offered at the Company’s discretion, subject to contract terms.
